We base decisions on measurement, calculation and verifiable site data.
Özkartay’s activity began in 1993. Its founding story includes the reference of Mechanical Engineer Orhan Özkan; today we approach fire safety through field data, engineering, implementation and service.

Fire safety in an industrial facility is more than equipment placement. Process, building, people, maintenance and operational continuity need to be considered together. We therefore start with site data, test project decisions against field conditions and treat continuity after commissioning as part of the delivery scope.
We base decisions on measurement, calculation and verifiable site data.
A solution needs to work in the field as well as it does on paper; final suitability depends on project data.
We treat testing and maintenance as part of keeping a system in operation.
To be a trusted partner that makes fire safety decisions more practical through engineering, site data and a focus on continuity.
To understand facility risks and bring design, supply/manufacturing, field implementation, commissioning and maintenance together in a measurable way of working.
We use risk assessment to understand the current condition, engineering and design to clarify scope, manufacturing and supply plus field implementation to build the solution, testing and commissioning to check operation, and service and maintenance to plan the next actions. We define each project’s scope together with its site data and requirements.
FieldOps is the internal operations infrastructure Özkartay uses to coordinate planning, field records, work tracking, quality-station workflows and reporting. It keeps field and quality data in a structured flow so our teams can work more consistently and efficiently.
